Unwind your body and mind amidst the red rocks and cacti of the Camelback Mountains. Each day you will strength and relax a different part of your body with movement class 2x/day. By using physical therapy fused with yoga, you will create new movement patterns in your body and mind to help improve everyday simple movements. Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, you are guaranteed to learn something new about yourself.
Our retreat home is nestled in the foothills of Camelback Mountain. With temperatures between 70-80 in April, you will have plenty of opportunities to go out for a hike or enjoy the heated pool and hot tub depending on the day.
COST:
Single Accommodation: $1800*/ $1895
Double Accommodation: $1600*/ $1695 per person
To secure a spot, please put down a $500 non-refundable deposit.
