I'm Brittany.
I lead yoga retreats in the Midwest, offer online and in-person private yoga sessions, and teach classes. I want to help you improve your movement so you can get back to doing the things that bring you joy.
I specialize in movement longevity for the older population and mobility/stretching for active humans.

This is Yoga by B
I struggled with pain when I was in my 20's and didn't know where it was coming from. My body now feels better than when I was younger and I want to equip you with some of the tools I've been learning.
I have been trained in LYT Yoga Method, Gait Happens, FRC, and adaptive yoga. The movement education and classes I have to offer are based in these concepts and fused with yoga. I currently teach in person and online in Toledo, OH. My motivation is to keep people moving- pain free. I want to make you feel capable within your own body and continue to have the confidence moving in it.
